1. General Policy & Philosophy

Every product is curated to be your “perfect companion for hiking, camping, and every wild escape!” We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, we ‌do not‌ offer a “refund-only” (or “partial refund without return”) option. All requests for a refund must be accompanied by the physical return of the item(s) in question, subject to the conditions outlined below. This policy is in place to protect both our business and our genuine customers from potential abuse of refund systems.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe:‌ You must initiate a return request within ‌30 days‌ from the date you received the item.
  • Condition:‌ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. It must show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

  • Non-Returnable Items:‌ For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are ‌FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded‌ unless they arrive defective or damaged:
    • Climbing gear involving harnesses, carabiners, or ropes (safety items).
    • Personalized or custom-made products.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on our website.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA)
Do not ship the item back to us without prior authorization. To start a return:

Step 2: Package and Ship the Item

  1. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation.
  2. Clearly write the ‌RA Number‌ on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the package to our returns warehouse address, which will be provided with your RA instructions. ‌Important:‌ Please use a trackable and insured shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for the item until it reaches our warehouse. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Step 3: Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the item to verify it meets the “unused, original condition” criteria. This process typically takes ‌5-7 business days‌ after receipt.

4. Refund Process

Upon successful inspection and approval of your return:

We currently prioritize the return/refund process. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend the following streamlined process:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item as described above and receive your refund.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery). We will arrange for a return at ‌no cost to you‌ (a prepaid return label will be provided) and, upon confirmation of the issue, offer you a choice between a ‌full refund (including original shipping)‌ or a ‌replacement‌ shipped free of charge.

7. Non-Returnable Scenarios
