Products may vary slightly from their images. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes (such as GST) or shipping and handling charges, which will be added to your total at checkout. 10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within sixty (60) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
