1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore) after we receive your order and confirm payment. This timeframe allows us to conduct quality checks and ensure your gear is ready for adventure. Orders placed after 12:00 PM SGT (Singapore Time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons such as major sales events (like our SHOP THE SALES promotions), holidays, or new Latest Outdoor Product launches, processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship primarily within Singapore and to select international destinations in the Asia-Pacific region. At checkout, you will see the available shipping options and rates for your location.
Our primary shipping partners include SingPost, as well as reputable international couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS for overseas orders. The specific carrier is chosen based on your destination, package weight, and delivery speed.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on your delivery address, the shipping method you select at checkout, and the total weight/dimensions of your order.
- Domestic (Singapore):
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): S$ 5.00
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): S$ 12.00
- Free Standard Shipping is available for all domestic orders over S$ 100.00.
- International:
- Rates and delivery windows (typically 7-20 business days) are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your destination.
- Please note: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the international customer. We cannot predict or control these charges, which are determined by your local customs authorities.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also log into your account on www.outdoorlife4u.com to view the tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website after you receive the notification.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at the time of order placement. Please double-check your address, including unit numbers and postal codes. We are not liable for orders lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at uvuloious@outdoorlife4u.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. If it has already shipped, we cannot redirect the package, and you may be liable for additional reshipping fees.
6. Delivery & Receiving Your Order
- Delivery Attempts: Our carriers will attempt delivery based on their standard procedures. If no one is available to receive the package, they will typically leave a notification card with instructions for pick-up or re-delivery.
- Failed Deliveries: Packages that are undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused will be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund the cost of the merchandise minus the original and return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: We highly recommend inspecting your package for visible damage at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any transit-related damage.
7. Shipping Restrictions & Delays
- Product Restrictions: Some items, such as pressurized fuel canisters or certain camping tools, may have shipping restrictions to specific locations. These will be indicated on the product page.
- Uncontrollable Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, customs clearance issues, carrier delays, pandemics, or political unrest. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you informed.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s management. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. For confirmed lost or stolen packages, we will, at our discretion, either reship the items or issue a refund.
9. Multiple Shipments & Incomplete Orders
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouse locations to ensure the fastest delivery. You will not be charged extra for split shipments, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.
